Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grams Left, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Grams Left Is

Grams Left is personal record-keeping software. It does not sell, supply, prescribe, dispense, recommend, or advertise cannabis or cannabis products.

Grams Left does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, dosing guidance, or product recommendations. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always follow your prescriber's guidance.

3. Estimates and Accuracy

All balances, burn rates, run-out dates, planning dates, THC figures, and related calculations are estimates based on the entries you make. Grams Left does not guarantee accuracy. If you miss entries or enter incorrect amounts, estimates may be wrong. Check your physical stock where precision matters.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 18 or over and use Grams Left only where lawful. You may not share your account with others.

5. Data and Privacy

Your tracker data is private to your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Plus plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time — your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel your Plus subscription from the date of purchase. By signing up and immediately using the service, you expressly request the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed. To exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day period, contact support@gramsleft.com. Refunds beyond the 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grams Left is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or decisions made based on estimated balances provided by the app.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
